There's a simple mistake that many many people videoing shows make. Just because it's video and you can move, doesn't mean you
should be moving all the time. It is very very hard to see anything well in a video that is constantly panning and zooming in and out...
The key, as Wayne demonstrates so well, is to pick a subject then stick with it for a few secs with a minor bit of exploration before moving to the next one- and then edit out all the fast panning / stepping around people in between.
The other key point is to check what you are filming - seen a few where the subject is half out of shot, or the background has the focus.
Of course the downside to all this is that it will take you hours to go round something the size of WF....
