Moebius Moon Bus cargo

Does anyone know of any stl files out there to print a more accurate cargo equipment like you see in the movie. This would be for the 1/55 Moebius repop of the 2001 Moon Bus. Thanks

It's probably a subject that few folks around here built up.

I would suggest you might want to use Microsoft copilot, which you access through the Bing search engine, to dig a little deeper and see if there's anything out there.

Helpful hint. Keep asking the questions in different ways, that's the way to get it to really dig for anything that you're looking for. Don't give up, it's a very very useful tool.

With all due respect to B-A I doubt you'll have much luck with Copilot.

I previously did some work on this and there isn’t (currently) a purpose-made "Moon Bus cargo" aftermarket set for the Moebius kit that I can find. Builders either (a) scratch-build to match the film, or (b) drop in generic 1/56 "28 mm" sci-fi crates/barrels which scale well to the kits ~1/55. Unfortunately, I can't offer the accuracy you're seeking. Anyhow here's a list of what I could find:

Thanks for the leads, Squidly! I've seen shipmodeler's work. Not that good of a scratch builder. If there's a few small things I can try after searching your recommendations, I'll try it. I'll let you know my progress.

Bucketfoot, Squidly, through changing worded searches, I found that in 2023-4, Stargazer Models in the UK created an aftermarket set for the Moon Bus. This included great looking cargo sections. I have tried several searches to see if anyone had a set they'd like to sell. I've emailed Stargazer several times to see if they happen to have a set laying around. I'm afraid they might not be in business any more as I haven't heard from them. Earlier this year, I found they offered an alternate interior lighting set. They answered my email by saying because of the high Tariffs in postage, they're not shipping anything. I've posted in The Clubhouse in Members Swap and Sell as well as several resin kit groups on Facebook. So far, no one has answered me. ::sigh:: LOL
