I have learned that it is best to just bite the bullet and do the major rework now versus accepting something less than what I envisioned as eventually it will bug me enough to where I will have to take it off the shelf and rework it anyway.

Starting to detail the new torso
Taking this opportunity to make the skin pattern more scaly looking

That is looking GREAT Joe! The body is now much more massive and gives the daemon a real "presence"!

Love the detailing on his stomach "rack" - and the skin patterning! Keep hitting them out!!

Reworked arms, abs, armor, and skin texture .
All the rework trashed the paint job, so re-primed , back to step 1.

Well, you did it once already, hopefully you can re-create it, or even make it a little better. (not sure how, but you never know)

Looks good Joe. IMHO.

Reworked right arm and back (made base wing muscles bigger, added bony spine, made belt bigger and brought tunic higher up on waist).
Put on some light color base coats

Now that is really looking nice Joe! The markings really serve to blend the wings into the rest of the body perfectly!
