Prehistoric Scenes News for 2026

#1 Post by DinoMike »

I know many of y'all stay away from Facebook, so here's a bit of news that was shared there by Dencomm.

In 2026, Dencomm plans to reissue the Neanderthal Man, Cro-Magnon Man, Cro-Magnon Woman, the Cave, and the Tar Pit from reverse-engineered molds.

Forgot to mention, it's also been announced that the Cro-Magnon Woman will also include the original torso parts that were rejected as being a bit risque for 70s kids to be building. :D

Thanks for the heads up! I'll have to pick these up...especially the ones with extra content.

Cool beans! I remember building the Tar Pit. (Human figures didn't interest me back then.)

I've always had the hots for Cro-Magnon women. Something about the sloped foreheads... 8)

If I was any kind of PS enthusiast, I must obtain these.
I'm also assuming the JS is not in the cards?

Unknown at this time. Though, if sales go well, you never know.

Undecided on how many of the reissues I will get. I know I will get one sealed of each for the sealed collection.
But otherwise :shrug
I do need some more torsos, but I don't need bases, and I have bags full of arms and legs.

I'm a little late to the re-pop party but I did manage to secure a Tiger and Bear why they are still available. Like most, I'll keep them in their packaging, sealed!
