As per usual, a bunch of other crap keeps preventing me from getting to the workbench.
And now I have stuff chewing into my purchasing funds

I hear you there! I'm waiting on some money to get freed up from an account I had at work - shoulda been available by now but no word yet. I hope it shows up in time or I'll have to be really selective in the dealer room. I have several projects going that I can't seem to find the time to finish so may have nothing for the contest. Still have a month though!!

April was a busy band month so haven't had much time for final details/completions...tick tick tick...

Down to 2 weeks, and so much to do yet.

I ran out of time for anything in the contest - too much other stuff going on and nothing close enough to even hope to finish.

Figured I'd get the title changed - a lot of guys will be rolling in on Thursday. Me not till Friday afternoon sometime though.

Madly trying to finish that last 10% that's taking 90% of the time... and we head off in just over a week!

Once again I have failed to get anything done for the model contest. Oh well, it'll still be fun! I'm looking forward to the demos.

Me too.... I am mad about it too. I have about 15 in process kits.. most of which are the same ones I was trying to get done for last year

ain't we all just a daisy...i got WIPs celebrating birthdays too...some are old enough to get a damn driver's license

I know the feeling! It's really bad when you have to clean off all the dust on them just to start work again.

I have a dino that is almost done, actually would have been done already.
But I didn't like the eyes. Nothing actually wrong with them, other than they didn't 'pop' as much as I wanted them to. So I tried to tweak them, screwed that up, stripped them, and have them basecoated again.
Back to the drawing board.

Bummed to see no XO-Facto. Damn!

I'm glad you're looking forward to the demos this year - I think we have some cool stuff to demonstrate...

I'm about to start on my first dino sculpture, so I'm especially excited about your and Shane's demos!

1 week away now!!!! Can't wait to get down there!

I have a few finishing touches to do on my BofF diorama and then off I go to the weekend of fun and hopefully, complete relaxation!
