That is so sad to hear. His many contributions will always be appreciated, but the loss of a modeling comrade is very painful. My condolences to his family.

I never met Tom in person, but we talked quite a bit through Internet and telephone conversations. Still, the news hit me hard. He was a generous, informative, and funny conversationalist. His products are outstanding, and I have a lot of them in my stash. His passing is an enormous loss for all of us in the figure modeling community. RIP, sir. :(

This is unbelievable. Almost surreal lately. These guys need to quit playing kick the bucket. The game was kick the can.

So sad to hear this! I never met Tom in person but we talked on the phone a lot and I have done a lot of artwork for him and he was always too generous paying me for my time with extra kit goodies.

Rest peacefully my friend.

There are way too many resin brethren either passing or in ill health these days. My condolences to Tom's family at this difficult time.

Godspeed Bwayne :( You will be missed. This is such a shock. I just talked to him a few weeks back about an order and the updates he was working on for his website. Tom was such a nice guy and a fun person to be around at shows.

Tom was one of the folks I met early on when I got back into modeling... One guy I could always rely on. We talked a lot over the years about the hobby and life in general, I will miss him tremendously.
Rest In Peace my friend :(

Man I had just bought some stuff from him a couple weeks ago. I'm working on a Lon Chaney, Jr. conversion Mummy as I'm typing this. You could just feel the love and care he put into his products. This SUCKS. Condolences to his loved ones. Rest In Peace brother.

Tom's unbridled enthusiasm was one of the factors that got me so excited about the hobby when I first joined HobbyTalk way back in '99. We did a lot of trades and deals in those first few years and though I never met him in person I liked him and considered him a friend. He was clever and funny and was a true booster to the hobby that he loved. So sorry that he's gone but I got the feeling that he genuinely enjoyed himself while he was here. So long old friend.

 I'm in total shock ! I've known Tom for over 15 years and spent many hours on the phone and we were planning a visit. So many nice things were said about him in this thread and I agree with all of them. I am going to miss him terribly.

May the Lord grant him peace, and solace and comfort to his family. I have known Tom, like many others here, for years, but only through phone calls and internet conversations. He was THE MAN when it came to options for expanding the Aurora style of monster kits! I have bought more from him over the years then any other aftermarket supplier in the hobby. I will miss his wit and ideas and hobby conversations greatly. This news really hurts.

I never had the pleasure of meeting or talking with him, but I did know of him for many years now, seeing his postings and examples of his conversion kits on the boards. He obviously loved the hobby. I am saddened that he has died.

Thanks, Denis, we also made this a Global Announcement for those that don't visit the Monkey Bars often. I'm sure his family will appreciate the Guestbook condolences and see how much he will be missed.
