THE CLUBHOUSE

Seriously ... during my wife's preparation for surgery and then her recovery from it (all unfolding over the past 6 months) she's been playing music over her phone and the wifi loudspeaker ... she started off with danceable Latin music because it was so positive sounding (and she loves to dance), but has now branched off into 1970s pop and R&B soul classics ... which means I no longer close my door while I'm working in the office ...

P.S. Praise God, she is doing amazingly well ... check up at the end of the month, and hoping for a full recovery verdict ....

This one is pretty brutal. I really like it. Not nearly as over-the-top with the humor in the video. There is still humor, but not as wacky as some of their other video.

BTW - I'm REALLY getting fed up that i have to re-sign on every blimmin' time I come on this site (despite me ticking "remember me" EVERY time) - did something change while I was away? Anything else I should be doing? (* answers on a beer mat please *).

Clear your cookies for this site then sign in again.
I had this happen a while back, and that is what I had to do. Someone else had the same problem a bit after that, and that solution solved for them as well.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'd already tried that . . . (1) Didn't work - AND (2) (ironically/annoyingly) it meant I had to re-sign in on every other blimmin' site !!!!

See, I just went in and deleted all the clubhouse cookies. Didn't affect anything else.

It's been 3 years since the last album. Great to hear new stuff from them.

So - Thu 10th April 2025 The Clubhouse's 24th Anniversary + an honoured familial Birthday . . . and Ghost release the 2nd track off their upcoming album (yay!)

Papa V (new guy in town) in all his glory . . . and THIS track is more like it . . . after the elevator-music-embarrassment of the 1st single - at least THIS would have been a worthy addition to the previous 3 albums. Fingers crossed for the REMAINING tracks!
