Friday Classes?
Anybody have any idea when WF will post the classes scheduled for Friday? I am trying to decide if I need to come up on Thursday or Friday night. It is getting close to when I can request off and I do not want to miss my chance of getting the days off I want. I suppose I could go ahead and ask off Friday and cancel it later if needed but the person doing the schedule really hates when you do that.

Bear in mind, that in the past, although loosely associated with Wonderfest, many of the classes held on Friday were not "official" Wonderfest events, but rather were private events held at the same location, a day before Wonderfest began, and therefore were never officially promoted by Wonderfest.airman34 wrote:Anybody have any idea when WF will post the classes scheduled for Friday?
Most were promoted on Forums such as this, so you best bet for Friday activities is to watch this Forum specifically.

Yah, those classes are **mostly** sponsored by companies like Blackheart, AFM, and Garage Kits U.S.
Like Randy said, they are mostly promoted here on the board.

Unfortunately, Garage Kits.US is going to have to bow out again this year for a number of reasons. Hopefully, time, help and health will allow me to put one together again next year, with our next line of original kits.
It basically came down to a decision of the class or the kits, and right now it's more important (to us) to keep the focus and momentum on the Denizens of Zo, the Halloween Nightmare and out new upcoming series going. Hopefully, everyone will be pleased with the results, when you see them.

Sorry about the classes Jesse, but you've got your priorities straight. Looking forward to seeing what you've got for WF.

Just a reply to bump this. So far I've only seen Dino 101 for WF. Anyone seen anything else posted anywhere?

Nothing official on the Wonderfest website, but Blackheart Enterprises posted this a while back.

Re: Friday Classes?
Wish I could do the class again this year, but funds are at a premium this time.
Had a blast last year and learned a lot of great stuff.
For those interested though, you can find the link on this page of the WF site.

Re: Friday Classes?
AFM cost is $225 per class. I took the Paint class last year. well worth the money

Kit, supplies, and 8 hours of instruction from some of the premier painters.
Not to mention the fun and meeting new people.
