Andrew Huffman of Crow's Nest models, passed in December.

Apparently he had some health challenges over the past decade. I have his Proteus and Diving Bell kits and they are clearly labors of love. Just amazing.

Thanks for letting us know Robert.

Not sure if he ever was, but I don't remember Andrew being a Clubhouse member. However, I certainly remember those impressive kits.

Sympathies to his friends & family.

I don't think he was a member here, but I do remember him on HobbyTalk.
This is getting to be far to common an occurrence in our little hobby. :(

Really sorry to hear this. Very touching obituary.

I am very sorry to hear this. Drew was a wonderful guy, and produced some wonderful pieces.

I was wondering what was up with Drew - I did a bunch of commission work for him - I painted many of his prototypes. Sad. Really Sad.

Very sad indeed. I worked with Drew on several builds...I did a full build article on his Proteus and Planet of the Apes kits for Sci-Fi and Fantasy MODELLER(VOL 28 AND VOL34).
Great guy.
He is sadly missed.
