Finished modifications on lunging/threatening werewolf .
Started painting both the werewolves, put on first light base coat.
Originally planned to just “enhance” the paint on the howling werewolf, but decided to go with full repaint.
Cemetery bases are finished and ready for the werewolves.

I over painted the howling werewolf and I am now in the process of stripping the paint off for a restart,

I do not want to make the same mistake with the threatening werewolf, so I am calling it done.
I may tweak the eyes and claws just a tiny bit more but nothing else. Really…Honest…

Started working a base for my 2 Minotaur kitbashes based on Steve west Ernie bust.

Started with a cheap foam temple base.
I am changing it to add another platform on top and use the back wall as part of the floor and will fill the now floor archway with water effect.

This is first time using a foam base and found out the hard way that when using a spray primer that parts of the base can react to primer and base caved in and crumpled in many places.
So working on patching all those spots.

I also plan to modify my Minotaurs to have them fighting each other on this new base

STARTED WITH THIS

RESTRUCTURED BASE AND NOW PATCHING DEPRESSIONS AND CRUMPLES

GOING TO MODIFY THESE ERNIE KITBASHES FOR NEW BASE

Sucks about the base - but nice repair work.

Looking forward to seeing the progress & how this ultimately turns out :thumb2:

Yeah, need to coat styrofoam before spray painting.
I learned that years ago helping my daughter with a school project.
