Kothoga from The Relic

#1 Post by tay666 »

Well, I finally put this kit to rest. I bought it in 2012, got it on the bench at the beginning of 2013 and finished it at the end of 2025.
I worked on it off-and-on for about 3 years then hit a wall as I had no clue where I wanted the paint job to go.
Then this year, an idea hit me, and this is what I ended up with.

I'll add it to the gallery whenever I finally get that fixed.

Next to the last kit finished this year.

It does.

It's one of those that I'm not super proud of, but am reasonably happy with the results and glad to finally have it off the bench.

I'm sure we all have those kinds of kits.

I can't see where anyone could have done any better. The paints were excellently blended.
