Is there a base included with the kit? I'd be interested in it regardless, but it is a fairly big selling point for me...and Sean usually includes them.

Looks fantastic! And I do think I have to get me one. I just LOVE Oviraptors, and this one is beautiful! 1/4 is a great scale, fits my Deinonychus, my Velociraptor and my own (unfinished) Ovi as well! Another feather project on the horizon...
