Just FYI - There's no problem with anyone selling the build-ups to anyone else. As long as there is no recasting of kits or replicating, copying or reproducing any of the YC figures, it's fine by me.
Anyone who buys any old molds or sculpts from this auction is NOT buying the rights to reproduce the kits. Those rights belong to the company XO Facto and aren't for sale.
