Finally finished this - apologies for the all in one go build pics - Lighting can be swapped from main to emergency as done in the minefield scene in the movie. ...Added some fibre-optic runs to the conning tower and opened a door....

Very impressive! The way that you lighted the detail really has created a museum quality piece. Is the photoetch from Paragrafix?

Thanks for commenting - I only used the internet for reference pics - not sure on any books for reference material unless there’s an Irwin Allen one available? Also, yes I used the Paragraphics P/E set - excellent up grade for the kit. (And the interior decal set and VooDoo electronics lighting and spares from other lighting VooDoo kits )
