Does anyone have any expertise on Marilyn Monroe calendars and their value?

I found a calendar and put down a deposit, but I'm not sure now if it's worth it.
I might just let it go and find another one for less.

I've got some pictures and a write up if any of you guys can help out.

If it's the 1955 "Dream" Calendar it generally goes for around 300.00
