Patient # 13

#1 Post by Avall15 »

I was glad when Randy decided to re-issue this kit as i missed out on it the first time. Sculpted by Gabe this kit is FULL of detail. My only question if anyone knows is that there was talk awhile back about Gabe doing a doctor and nurse to compliment this kit.....anyone know if this was done?
The kit was easy to clean with a small line running basically ear to ear going over the top of the head. VERY easy to remove. The only issue i had was that the "stiching" that held the brain in tack was slightly worn off and the bolts holding them were worn as well. Wasnt a huge deal as i decided to repair it myself with AVES and believe it or not my hardware store had the perfect eye glass screws!

Anyway here is the kit. As always critiques are welcome and NEVER taken negatively!

Wow! This is one of my favorite paintups of this kit. Very crisp detail, the bandages look great and there's just enough blood without going over the top. Great job!

WOOOOW!
Never seen this bust bevor.
Great sculpting and a sweet paintjob.
The Brain looks very "juicy" and the muscles and blood come across realistic.

Love the bone of the jaw. Great little kit but hell, I'd probably buy a kit of a heap of excrement if Perna sculpted it

J - eyes are still scary to me....thank god there was only one!

Al- decided to do this while i was doing the Iron Man and i just had time while waiting for parts to come in that i couldnt put this one down
