Not liking that weather forcast

#1 Post by XOFACTO2 »

Thursday and Friday, a 40% chance of scattered thunder showers. I hope they don't start cancelling flights. If so, I'm screwed. And temperatures in the high 80's. Ahhh, I can feel the sweat even as I type this.

Sounds like typical weather down here, except we're expecting temps in the 90s.
You know it's not a good day when it starts out with, "Hey boss, we've got a weird one for you."

I live about 30 minutes West of Louisville and the latest forecast has a chance of spotty, afternoon thunderstorms today and tomorrow. Friday and Saturday are supposed to be sunny with highs in the 80's. The humidity is even supposed to be liveable...that's not bad for the Ohio Valley this time of year.

The gigantic thunderstorm that's heading for Loo'ville passed through here this morning at 4:30am and knocked the power out. I was freaking - I still have to finish painting two displays for my table and no power? Arrrrgh!

One of those wouldn't by any chance be Aurora...would it? If so...can't wait to see a painted version!
