Spinosarus Diorama

#1 Post by veedubb67 »

Here's my latest creation - Spinosaurus dioarma.

I repainted the Papo figure and created a custom base with him standing in a shallow riverbed. The base was made from styrofoam and Duram's Wood Putty. FYI - breaking up the remaining putty in the cup makes great shale rock! I used Magic Water for the river (took forever to harden).

Looks great. The base is escpecially realistic. Nice pattern on the spino, too.

Those Papo dinos are amazingly well done.

The repaint really brings this piece to life, and the base looks great too.

Nice diorama with a cool toy. It is almost wrong to call Papo's stuff toys. There stuff is done
so realistic, that one would think it is a model kit. Great job.
