Monster Bash was a blast! I've worked on each one with the show's organizer, Ron Adams, since the first in '97, and it's always a great time. Where else can you see Arch Hall ("The Sadist") smack Joel Hodgson (MST3K) in the face with a pie! Or a reproduction of McDougal's House of Horrors ...

It's not a model show, per se, but Monster Bash (yes, in MARS, Pa.) is all things classic monsters. This was a fun, friendly show -- lots to see (an absolutely amazing model contest); lots to do (non-stop programming that was on time or close to it, which is not easily accomplished at these shows) and two packed dealers rooms. Picked up the Moebius replacement heads, some new brushes that I desperately needed and some good ol' model putty from the guy outside the dealer room, who had every conceivably every modeling tool, gizmo, clamp, glue, etc.

Hitting the road at 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Looking forward to it!

These kits up close (as seen at Resintopia) are the definition of eye-candy! I picked up the 1/4 Wolf Man recently (my last grail, I think ... ) and absolutely love it. Honestly, pics don't do these beautiful kits justice.

Per usual, Chiller rocked! Great to see Robb, Vin, Scott, Fritz. Paul (Amok) and Terry, along with our regular Creepy Classics customers. Our big seller was Gorgo (blu ray) -- finally a decent copy -- which was gone in no time.
