The box looks as big as the Seaview box. It's HUGE! The box art is beautiful too.

I am thinking of getting one for Xmas. Hey Wolf how are the parts fit? I know theres not a lot of parts to this kit but I have not tried a Moebius kit yet and read somewhere that they are good quality of material and fit.

The parts fit of Moebius BF compared to the original that have is alot better IMOP.The only downside is just wish they add the paints and the brush like Aurora did with theirs but hey ya cant have everything 8).But on a side note mines all Primed down just havent had time yet to hit him with the brushes 8)

I haven't even cracked open the Big Franky yet. The workbench is a monster scene explosion at the moment. Victim and Doc Deadly built up but unpainted. Giant insect mostly built. Frankenstein, Hanging Cage and Pendulum half assembled. That big franky box is just staring me down on the end of the bench! Maybe I can find some time tonight... I got the Dencomm MS brochures in the mail last week too. Very nice!

I must say, the box art is just fantastic. Big, bright, and very nicely printed. I'm thinking about busting one of the lids up so I can frame it. Kudos to everyone responsible for that. It just jumps right out at me!

The box is the only thing I'd ever seen until I saw the Aurora AFM and Buzz's display shelves last year.
So I'm content so far just to have the box hanging around...
Besides, having just finished a lit PL Enterprise and a Superman reissue, next up is Invisible Man!
Glassware galore!

Just getting started on mine! Lineing up the Jacket halves and the pants halves are a bit tricky. The parts fit on them are ok, but a bit figgety, they were on the originals too I believe.

Guys, glad you like the box. David Fisher did the repro artwork using the Aurora original box from my collection. I saw David's handiwork at Wonderfest and I agree that it turned out beautifully :D

ive just started dabbling on mine, cause ive got one of the glow ones and i want to do it up right.
i tested sanding down the edges of some plastic eyes to use as irises. the stems are a perfect fit for the holes in the face.
ive got to do a few experiments to find a paint that i can use for a wash that wont stain the glow plastic. my plan is to give it a full paint job, but leave as much of the glow plastic showing through on the head and hands as possible.
porcelain doll makers have plastic swivel joints (i think they are teflon) they use in the shoulders of their dolls that i want to use for his arms.
of course the feet will be weighted and body filled with foam.
btw, were the photos of the model on the box the originals? if so whoever painted his head and hands did a great job!
